Project Description:
New five story, 110,000 square foot office building that includes Education / Conference, Medical Staff and Medical Records, Hospital Administration as well as several outpatient departments. The building also links a five story Parking Structure to the Main Hospitals second floor with a modern bridge. The structure is very modern with overlapping spiral curves. Construction Survey control for the five story buildings many curved surfaces was easily accomplished by our experienced team of surveyors and office support staff. In addition to Grading Design of this Hospital Campus Building infill project required special attention to ADA compliance and construction phasing as the hospital remained open during all phases of construction.
