Gateway at Mountian Village

Project Description:
This eight (8) acre "Life Style Center" built adjacent to an existing City of Ontario "Pocket Park" was the former site of a county courthouse building. The site was served on the south by a city owned Storm Drain system that was severely overtaxed. Site design mitigation measures prepared and designed by Pfeiler & Associates included filtration media to filter and clarify the storm water and infiltration devices to recharge the city ground water. These measures had the additional benefit of relieving the overtaxed storm drain system. Grading, water and sewer plans were also designed and the entire center was subdivided by a Parcel Map. Sixth Street improvements were also completed which complemented the City prepared street improvements to the east of the project.
